Joana Ramos is an experienced healthcare operations leader with over 20 years of experience across clinical support and pharmaceutical environments. She began her career as a pharmacy technician, where she developed a strong foundation in pharmacology and patient care that continues to inform her work in behavioral health today.

For the past 14 years with Psychiatric Medical Practitioners, Inc. (PMPI), Joana has played a pivotal role in strengthening and scaling clinical operations across multiple partner sites. Her expertise in workflow optimization, provider support, and operational efficiency has made her a trusted leader within the organization. She has been instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination between prescribers and clinic teams while maintaining high standards of care delivery.

In her current role as Clinical Operations Manager, Joana oversees daily clinical operations, including provider scheduling, template design, and workflow management across partner locations. She leads prescriber onboarding initiatives, supporting providers from recruitment through successful integration into practice. She also contributes to quality assurance efforts and oversees corporate medical assistants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing clinical support team.

Joana is known for her ability to balance operational precision with a people-centered approach, ensuring both providers and patients receive exceptional support.
